Shift Linux
The official site for Neowin's Linux distribution: Shift Linux. Built upon the Synapse framework, the site has been able to cope very well with the load faced on release days. The site was built in a collaborative effort with the Shift Linux team, who are members of the Neowin community
Model Students
This is a site built for a local modelling agency run by students from the University of Nottingham. It uses the Synapse framework, which meant the site only took about 5 hours to code, with the styling taking the majority of the time spent on the project.
John McLean Photography
This is a clean-looking site designed and coded for a local photographer as a portfolio site. It is the first DLPWD site to be powered by the Synapse framework, which means it is simple to update and maintain from a web based interface.
DLPWD Blog v3.0
This is the third revision of the DLPWD blog site. Powered by Wordpress after a shift to linux hosting rendered the previous asp.net script useless. Plugins included fGallery and some custom code.
Contrast Host
I did a small amount of work on the site, including creating a contact script for customers to get support from the contrast host staff. I still do the occasional bit of consultation for them if they have any coding related issues.
Toot Hill Academy
This is the site for the Toot Hill Arts Academy, where I work as a New Media Consultant. The website is plain HTML and css.
Neowin.net
Neowin.net is one of the worlds largest technology news websites, running a custom CMS and Invision Power Board for the forums. Working on all areas from development to server management over the past few years, we have created a far more stable and secure platform to enable the site to move forwards.
